After Sales and Returns Policy

General Conditions

Webbs of Crickhowell retain the right not to accept returned goods if they are not faulty and/or are not in salable condition. Specific conditions and exceptions are outligned below.

• Returns will only be accepted within 1 calendar month of purchase.
• Original receipt must accompany the goods.
• Goods should be in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be made in accordance to the original method of payment.
• Returned goods may be used in full or part payment against goods purchased at that time.
• Credit notes will be issued against returned goods at the discretion of Webbs of Crickhowell.
