Shopping at Webbs of Crickhowell is a very different experience from most high street stores. Our highly trained staff (many of whom have been with the store alongside generations of the Webb family) are happy to take the time to discuss your requirements, and talk through the options available in-store, whether you are looking for dining room furniture, white goods, garden equipment or so much more. Despite being in a relatively small town, Webbs is anything but a small store, both physically and in the values we promote. The management team, now in its 3rd generation of the Webb family, holds fast to the traditional retail concepts that helped the business to take off, way back before the second world war. Those concepts are a combination of common sense and what is now referred to as ‘customer relationship management’. What this boils down to is this: give the customer the best goods, at a fair price, and they will come back when they need something else. It seems simple, but it is surprising how often even large retailers get it wrong. At Webbs we work very hard to get it right, and the number of customers who do choose to come back to us time and again, often from far flung places around the UK and abroad, are testament to our success.
