Many thanks for the buttons for our cooker which arrived today. We are absolutely delighted with our new 'Stoves' oven but equal to that we have been really impressed with the service we have received from your company.
Customer care is an often used term that in so many cases these days means absolutely nothing, not so with Webbs of Crickhowell. From the moment of ordering, through delivery when John managed to actually smile when he filled his shoe with our cat's milk whilst struggling to get through the door down to replacement parts which arrived as promised.
A top class service all round and very much appreciated by two totally satisfied customers.

Superb service from my initial phone enquiry and then visiting the shop.
It was a pleasure to discuss my requirements with a very knowledgeable member of staff (David Price) and subsequently making my purchase.
This was my first visit to Webbs but definitely not my last.

Fantastic service from Webbs.
We ordered three beds for our new B&B and asked for two to be delivered early as we had guests sooner than expected. This was done no problem and the delivery men were helpful and very efficient. The third bed was then asked to be held for a lot longer as this room wasn't ready. Finally it was then delivered a day after being requested.
Great service, I'm ringing them now about a fridge!

Thank you for arranging the installation of my Bosch Washing Machine.
The two gentlemen wee friendly, polite and very efficient. The machine was given a "Test Flight", the controls explained to me, and the hard-to-see numbers transcribed onto the guarantee form. Excellent service.
Among the apposition was Sainsburys - at £329 PLUS Delivery; choice, with such extras, was obvious.
I hope to be able to avail myself of your excellent services in the future.

I ordered a dishwasher at 9-15am which was delivered, set up and running by 3.00pm the same day.
Super efficient service from a first class organisation. This is backed up by couteous and efficient fitting team.

We have today received our new Vi-Spring double bed and the Sherborne settee, we are both delighted with these items and time will tell how comfortable we hope they both are.
Your delivery team did a great job and had a good rapport, again a pleasure to deal with.
We will be visiting Crickhowell early in the new year, January depending on the weather and will of course call in and discuss the carpet that we have chosen and arrange a delivery / fitting date.

The shop is very good, they have everything you could think of!!!!!

This shop is like Aladdin's cave, it has everything from a teaspoon to a lawn mower.
The staff are helpful, knowledgeable without being pushy and they are really pleasant (Scotsman especially), which is very refreshing and rare these days.
We go for a Saturday afternoon drive from Ammanford just to visit this shop.

I have been a customer of Webbs for over 10 years and continue to be amazed at the quality of service I receive. In an era where the term "service" seems to have lost it's meaning, I am pathetically grateful to Webbs. One example: I ordered a refrigerator which, when unpacked, had a cracked plastic vegetable drawer. They replaced the entire refrigerator because the cracked drawer could mean the entire refrigerator had been dropped during shipment. Now that's service!!

I should like to express my appreciation of the excellent service that you provided for me recently.
I rang David to say my ride-on mower had broken down and in a short time he came out, diagnosed the fault and made a temporary repair. He then ordered a new set of parts and within a few days had repaired it. Additionally, without asking, he offered me a loan mower, however he was so efficient in getting the spares and carrying out the repair that this was not necessary.
This might sound all straight-forward and easy to you but it is a standard of high quality service that is all too rare these days. Many organisations, small and large could learn a lot from the ethos that characterises your organisation.
Maybe you take this level of service for granted within your group but for customers like me it is greatly appreciated.

I needed two "plug" nuts for bird feeders, to hold trays in place. Mr Webb found brass nuts and Paul fixed two rubber rings to secure.

Having seen Webbs new stunning showroom, displaying a wonderful range of beds & furniture, this showcases a selection of bed settings to give you great ideas. I will have pleasure in telling my friends it's a must visit when they come to Wales.

What a marvellous shop, we haven't got a shop like this in Cardiff. I love something different, we had to leave before we became broke!
